It’s with a heavy heart that we share that Stiano Italian Trattoria will be closing its doors as a full-service restaurant at the La Veta Inn.

Serving this community has been a true privilege. To our loyal guests who became like family, to those who celebrated milestones with us, and to everyone who joined us for a meal - thank you. Your support and kindness have meant more than words can express.

We are incredibly proud of what we built together: a welcoming space, an exceptional team, and countless memories shared around the table. Those moments and relationships will stay with us always.

To our dedicated staff, valued partners, and this incredible community - thank you for being part of the Stiano story. While this chapter is coming to a close, we remain committed to serving the hospitality needs of Huerfano County and am deeply grateful for the time we’ve shared.
